Reality Porn Should Just Be Watched

I know that it's fun to look at reality porn sites such as Bang Bus and think about how cool it would be to do that in real life, but trust me—it wouldn't be all that great. Why is that, you ask? Well, because sex in the real world has consequences, especially when you film it, as people continuously find out.
The latest people to find that out is 2 oil workers who had an illicit affair in a hotel room and made the unfortunate decision to film it. The guy's wife found the sex tape and then proceeded to distribute it to his friends, bosses and coworkers. As a result, the two both lost their jobs. Quite different than Bang Bus
Of course, this is something that has happened over and over again. People film themselves in public places and get caught and arrested, couples having affairs film their trysts and it ends up biting them in the ass, and people do stupid shit on camera they shouldn't have done in the first place.
Then again, there are multiple cases where people made sex tapes and then went on to become some sort of celebrity. People who are famous for being fucking famous. Like Kim Kardashian. She fucks Ray J in a sex tape and the next thing you know she's a star. A star that could use a little wax to remove unsightly body hair, but one nonetheless.
That isn't what usually happens, however. What usually happens is that a marriage is destroyed, a person is arrested and/or a life is ruined. That is what happens when you try to make your own reality porn folks. That is why I think it's best to leave it to the professionals. Let other people make the Fake Taxi porn of the world. You don't need that kind of hassle.
Yet people keep trying. I think it's the celebrity mentality we have in the Western world. Everyone wants to be fucking famous. We all want people to know who we are and we all want to be rich for being ourselves. Which is cool, but isn't really realistic. Most of us have to face facts that we aren't the next reality TV or porn star. We are just ordinary folks who need to keep our lives in perspective.
Now, I'm not saying that it wouldn't be cool to be in a reality porn video. I think it would be more than cool. I am just saying that it is not a particularly good idea. There's a lot of pitfalls in the world of porn that has to be navigated. Pitfalls that are increased when the public sector is factored into the equation. Which is why I say leave it to the professionals. They know what they are doing.
